Within the final stages, organisation is the key to a successfull and stress- free day. To ensure you have the best, most memorable day of your lives, try to make sure you have everything organised before hand. This includes communicating with your contacts such as the photographers, videographers, enetertainment, transport and caterers to confirm final timings and plans. If you are departing immediately after on your honeymoon, pack all bags and be sure to delegate responsibilities and duties such as the return of hired items, to the appropriate people.

Be aware of any unpaid attendence fees and if suitable, organise the money for your best man to pay. If possible, keep a record of who has been paid and who is yet to be paid and ideally have these finalised before the day to avoid further concern. Arrange for someone to bring back the floral displays, gifts and any remaining wedding cake. Ushers may also be given a list of which of the guests you would like to have the floral displays, if appropriate.

Finally, do not be afraid to delegate jobs to others to ease any preliminary stress. Confide in the people closest to you such as bridesmaids, best man and ushers about expectations of the day and how you would ideally like it to run. Everyone will be aware it is your special day and be more than willing to do what ever they can to make it the most memorable ever.
