The Groom - The Groom has several duties of importance, including the organising of the church and honeymoon , the buying of the rings and choosing the gifts for the attendents. He should also arrange transport for the wedding party and help to choose the clothes for himself, the Bestman and the Ushers.

The Chief Bridesmaid - The hen night will be organised by the Chief Bridesmaid, who will help the Bride to choose the dress and the Bridesmaid dresses. She should also look after the dress after the Bride has changed and organise younger attendents at the ceremony. Generally, she should aim to closely assist the bride throughout the day incuding the helping of veil and train arrangement.

The Ushers - Ushers should oversee the parking at the event and greet the guests at the door with the order of service. They should gather the guests for the photographers and organise the transport for all of the guests to the reception. Buttonholes for guests not staying with the Bride and Groom should also be organised by the Ushers.
